古きよき時代の巧みな職人によって作りあげられた品格豊かな器…。
そして、昭和平成の作家たちが、それぞれにこだわり、心をこめて作りあげた器。
お料理が美味しく戴ける 正に力ある器をご紹介していきたいと思います。
今回は「 鮨 いしやま 」さんにお料理の事をご協力戴きました。
